Released in 2020, this renowned rhythm game was developed by @ninja_muffin99. The game features the story of a boy who desperately wants to impress his girlfriend but fails as he faces hurdles on his path. He has to overcome everyone who stands in his way by defeating them in a battle of music. From battling the girlfriend’s Daddy Dearest to fighting some evil spirit, FnF packs a lot of engagement and entertainment.
With over 6 whole weeks’ worth of content, FnF is currently at its peak popularity. However, players who like to enjoy new content regularly often take the blessing of new mods that are available on GameBanana. This time we have this new Driftveil City mod which adds a nostalgic vibe for the Pokemon fans out there.
Friday Night Funkin- Driftveil Mod
This mod contains the custom chart, music, and the GF/girlfriend retexture, but does not contain the stage/background retextures. The charts and music of Daddy Dearest in Week 1 are replaced with the new custom charts and music. Changes to Pico are also made in this mod.
How to download this mod?
This mod can be downloaded from the official GameBanana website or you can find the direct download link here. After downloading, extract the files and replace them with the original game files to apply this mod. Also, the developer of this mod stated- “When dragging in the GF retextures, you must also drag in the XML to the same folder otherwise the retexturing might break.” So, make sure you do that as well.
