Now, to be able to craft a particular TM, it should be registered on the TM machine. Some TMs come pre-registered on TM Machines while some don’t. Speaking of the X-Scissor TM, it does not come pre-registered. To register X-Scissor TM on Pokemon Machine, you either have to defeat the Team Star Poison Crew or collect this TM from the overworld. To find it in the overworld, head to the pond present on the eastern side of Cascarrafa City. Here, you can find this TM in form of a glowing drop on top of a rock. After you have collected it, it would be added to the list of craftable TM on TM Machine.
