EMUI 11 Eligible Huawei devices

Huawei‘s EMUI is the brand’s customs OS for its smartphones. EMUI 10 is the latest and might be new for many users as it has been recently rolled out to devices. EMUI 10.1 released recently with the launch of Huawei P40 series is the latest, but it not the major OS. EMUI 10.1 brings a few improvements and some new features over the EMUI 10. You can find out EMUI 10.1 features and a list of devices getting it below. However, today we will be taking about EMUI 11.

  • EMUI 10.1 Features: AI Assistant, New Multi-Window and a lot more

Huawei introduced EMUI 10 last at the Huawei Developer conference held in 2019. So, looking at the pattern, we can say the EMUi 11 will debut around August 2020. However, things might get delayed due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Well, let’s now talk about EMUI 11 features and devices which will get the EMUI 11 update. EMUI 11 will be based on Android 11.

EMUI 11 New Features-

  • Dark mode enhancements-

The first main feature that EMUI 11 seems to be bringing along is the improved Dark Mode. Be it EMUI 11 or Android 11, dark mode is the present attention seeker. There are a couple of issues reported regarding the text and background quality issues when dark mode is enabled. Huawei has finally decided to design the inner interface as perfect as the external looks its devices possess. And of course, EMUI 11 will bring along the most awaited dark mode scheduling.

  • Gesture enhancements-

Another important feature seems to be enhanced gesture settings. the navigation buttons have gradually reached a null level of usage as Android devices target gesture settings and shortcuts. EMUI 11 is rumored to improve and bring the specifically designated area to swipe from left to right for back option.

  • Improved touch sensitivity-

A high-level RAM is not all that a device user can be content about, for smooth usage of smartphones. It is very important to all users to input data as fast as they process in their thoughts and that’s exactly what Huawei seems to be working on. EMUI 11 will boast an improved touch sensitivity for Huawei devices with quicker reaction time.

Huawei EMUI 11 Features, Release Date

  • Share-to-Print-

The search for USB cables or PC connectivity and compatibility might finally come to an end. It is rumored that Huawei users will get to see easy access to printing and processing documents, images, files, etc. directly with external output devices. EMUI 11, if it succeeds in pulling this feature off correctly, can make a huge difference in the smartphone market.

  • Always-On Display-

The always-on display is a feature that is already teased by the Android 11 leaks. This feature will help users in customizing their lock screen and managing the stand-by time. EMUI 11 might get this spec to action for users to decide the on and off of their display stand-by to find easy access to notifications reading and much more.
