In the past, we have listed many mods which are available for Friday Night Funkin that are unique and provide something new to the players. However, what was common among all of them was the fact that they all needed to be downloaded before playing the game. But now, we have come up with some new information that reveals the fact that some mods can be directly played in browsers without having to download them. Here’s everything you need to know.
Friday Night Funkin
Being live with Week 6 update, FnF has 3 new tracks and a new character introduced in the game. However, being a single player, it often gets boring playing the same levels and tracks over and over again. So, there are mods for FnF which provide more content to the players by adding new tracks, modes, and skins. Some notable ones are- Among Us mod, Multiplayer mod, Hatsune Miku mod, B side mod, etc. However, all these mods are required to be downloaded first to work in FnF. But now, @hdboye has come up with some cool mods which can be played on the browser version of the game. There are tons of mods to choose from and players can even request him to make their desired mods by joining his discord server.
The post by NotFunnyGuy has helped many players to know that there are mods that can be directly played without having the hassle to download and copy files to the original game folder.
How to play the mods?
To play the different mods created by @hdboye, you can head over to his Github site here. All you need to do is select the desired FnF mod you want to play and the browser will run it. This erases the lengthy procedure of downloading the mod files and copying the downloaded items to the asset folder of Friday Night Funkin. Enjoy!
