Sprint is one of the most basic features of a character in a video game. But when we talk about the sprinting feature in VR games, it is a whole separate topic to discuss. Vertigo 2 is the newly released VR-only game and many of its players wonder how they can sprint in this title. If you are also looking for an answer to the same question, then you are at the right place. Carry on reading this guide to know everything about this topic.

How to Sprint in Vertigo 2?

The straightforward answer to the question, “How to sprint in Vertigo 2?”, is that you can’t. Vertigo 2 does not allow you to sprint in the game. However, there is another feature to travel fast in this game which is Teleporting. Teleporting is an integral part of the whole game mechanics in Vertigo 2. There are even several areas in the game that cannot be passed through if players aren’t using the Teleporting feature, which makes it one of the essential features of the game.

Sprinting is one of the basic features that we usually see in FPS games, but in this VR-only single-player game, this feature is unfortunately dropped by the developers. Many game players are against this step of the developers as some players feel dizzy and uncomfortable with low speed and slow motions in the game. However, there are also some players who support no sprinting in the game as they believe there is hardly any need for it.

In Vertigo, players were able to upgrade their movement speed along with the game’s progression. But in this installment, there is no such feature included. The movement speed in this game is not tied up with your progression in the game. Only the Teleporting feature gets unlocked after 5 minutes of entering into the game. Moreover, if you wonder how long does it take to completely finish this game, then you must read this guide.

Vertigo 2 is an exciting VR-only single-player game that lets you explore many kinds of environments as well as creatures that fall from different universes. On your journey home, you will be battling with different kinds of deadly bosses using a variety of weapons. So, even if Sprinting is not an option in the game, you will still enjoy the overall gameplay.

This brings us to the end of this guide. It was everything about how you can sprint in Vertigo 2. If you found this guide helpful, share it with your friends.
