What is Energy Root in Pokemon SV?

Energy Root is a medicine in Pokemon SV that you can use to recover the HP of a particular Pokemon. The effect of this herb is somewhat similar to that of Energy Powder, but not exactly. Unlike Energy Powder, Energy Root restores a total of 120 HP of a particular Pokemon. However, this item also reduces the friendship level with the Pokemon on whom it is used and also deals Fling Damage worth 30 base power, just like Energy Powder. That said, this item can prove its best worth when used on a Pokemon that has a high attacking stat. Restoring 120 HP of good attackers in your lineup can help you turn the tables. Also, using this move on your top defenders can also be a strategy in some situations. Moving further, let’s see how to get this item in the game.

How to get Energy Root in Pokemon SV?

Getting Energy Root is a cup of tea in this game. This item is available to buy from Chansey Supply Stores present across Paldea. These stores can specifically be seen in Mesagoza, Cascarrafa, Levincia, and Montenevera regions. This item is available to purchase from the beginning of the game for a total of 1,200 Pokedollars. However, you can also sell this item if you want. But, if you sell it, you will only get 300 Pokedollars in return. Adding to the point, many players also get confused that whether this item can be claimed as a reward from Tera Raid Battles or not. Sadly, this item cannot be claimed as a reward from Tera Raid Battles. The only way to get it is by buying it from Chansey Supply Stores.
