InZOI: How to change/Switch Zoi Preference
Changing your Zoi’s preferences in InZOI is simple and can be done at any time. Preferences are divided into Likes (yellow heart) and Dislikes (broken heart), and you can set a total of ten across different categories like sports, food, hobbies, and more.
How to Change or Switch Your Zoi’s Preferences in InZOI
- Launch InZOI and enter your saver. Open the in-game menu by clicking on the settings or character customization panel.
- Navigate to the Preferences section, where you’ll see different categories like Sports, Food, Hobbies, Reading, Instruments, Nature, and Activities.
- Browse through the list of available preferences. Each preference will have two options: Like (yellow heart) and Dislike (broken heart).
- To mark something as a Like, click once on the preference. This will highlight it with a yellow heart. To mark something as a Dislike, double-click on the preference. A broken heart icon will appear. Remember, you can have a total of ten preferences combined between Likes and Dislikes.
- After selecting your preferences, check to ensure they match what you want. If needed, adjust them by clicking again to remove a Like or Dislike.
- Once satisfied, exit the menu, and your Zoi’s preferences will be updated instantly.

Switch Dating preferences?
As of now, there doesn’t seem to be an official way to change your Zoi’s dating preferences after character creation in InZOI. Only appearance edits are possible, leaving dating preferences locked. A workaround involves uploading your Zoi to the Canvas and using it as a preset to restart without redoing the customization manually, but this still requires creating a new game. Many players are hopeful that a future update will introduce an option to modify dating preferences more easily. But since there is no official confirmation of such an update, we can’t say for sure whether such a setting will be made available.
