To fix this error code in your PlayStation 5, follow these steps:

  1. Firstly, make sure that your disc is inserted properly into the console. I know it is common sense but most of the players who face this issue resolve it by inserting their disc properly. Also, make sure that your disc is not damaged or has any scratches.
  2. Restart your PS5. Restarting your PlayStation 5 after inserting the cleaned disc could help resolve this error. Make sure to unplug the power switch of PS5 and then restart it.
  3. If your game is downloading an update, there is a chance that the downloading files may get corrupted. So, make sure that they are not corrupted. If they are, delete the corrupted files permanently and try reinstalling the update.
