The latest build works on Android 10, Android 9, Android 8/ 8.1 and list doesn’t stop till it hits Android 4.2! Magisk 20.4 will now support the following tasks/ functions- Support Tegra Partition naming, Support patching special Motorolla DTB format, Support ‘genfscon’ policy rules, Support NAND based boot images and Support Lineage Recovery for Android 10+.
The latest version will bring along potential boot loop in A-only 2SI devices which are now fixed and properly functional. Magisk has added more potential detectable system properties and workaround for the Xiaomi devices boot loop when MagiskHide is enabled on cross-region ROMs in the Magisk v20.4. All these features are just half of what the new version comprises.
