For this, you can head to any of the given biomes and start fishing- Peaceful Meadow, Forgotten Lands, Glade of Trust, Sunlit Plateau, Forest of Valor, and Frosted Heights
You will need Seaweeds anyways for completing a specific quest given by Moana. All you have to do is bring 70 fibers to her. This is your best chance of hoarding as much seaweed as you can or you’ll never come across such a good opportunity. How to make/craft Fibre in Disney Dreamlight Valley?

Every seaweed can yield 5 fibers. That being said, to make ropes, you will need a total of 8 fibers.
