Activision Twitter
In the world of the internet, social media plays a crucial role. If you want to communicate with customer care, then Activision Support has got a Twitter account. This Twitter account can help you in sharing your problems. All you need to do is go to their Twitter page and tweet your problem. Don’t forget to mention @ATVIAssist as mentioning of username can help you catch their social media team’s attention. They will get back to you shortly and reply to your Tweet. Another option they got is messaging you directly (or DM). This is one effective way of communicating with the support team, using the social media handle.
Support Options
Henceforth, another way of getting your problem solved is by going to Support Options. This would be available from the Activision Support website. Here, you can get the option to choose the game which is causing issues. For example, if the game Call of Duty: Warzone is creating problems, select this. After this, you will get the option to choose the Platform. Here, you will select the console platform where you have been facing the problem. If the console where you face the issue is Xbox Series X|S, you need to select that. The Platform option also has the option of PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One and Windows. Select the Platform of your choice.
Next up, we get the option of Topic. This varies from game to game. Since the game we selected is Call of Duty: Warzone, the options under the Topic tab would be COD Points and Battle Pass, Stats and Rankl, Game Performance, Activision Account, Security & Enforcement. We will be selecting Activision Account from here. Upon selecting this, you will come across the Issue tab.

From the Issue tab, select I can’t link/unlink my accounts. Upon clicking this, you will get a Submit ticket. This Submit Ticket is the space where you write down all the important details and explain your problem elaborately. You mention your reply email, which the support team at Activision would use for communication. Upon sharing your problems, click on Submit. The Support Team will get back to you soon.
