You can test your internet connection by going back to the network menu and tapping on “test internet connection” and then “Start Test”. If the test is successful, you’ll have no problems on your internet connection’s end. After you’re done with it, close the game and launch it again for it to take effect.

Select correct input and output for your microphone.

The reason you’re not getting any voice output or your voice chat not working in PUBG might be because your primary audio device is not configured properly. To fix this, follow the steps mentioned below.

  • Press the PS button and navigate to the mic icon on the right side, under it, tap the mic option and select your audio device after plugging in.
  • After that, go to the Sound option and in the output device, set your primary audio device and toggle “Disable Game Chat Audio” off, so other players can’t hear your conversation in the game chat.

Adjust Mic level.

If you’re having problems with the voice chat in PUBG, there’s a high chance that the microphone level is set to too low. Press the PS button and tap on the Mic icon. After that, select “Adjust Mic Level” and turn the slider to medium. You’ll have no problems with the voice chat feature in the game after that.
