What do KingSlayer Kills mean in COD Modern Warfare 2 (II)?

COD titles have a ton of different medals and badges. You mostly earn them while playing different multiplayer modes. While some of them are blatantly obvious from their names, medals like KingSlayer often confuse most of the players. You can keep on playing matches and never get the right badge if you don’t know what it means and how to earn it. Almost everyone has come across this problem at least once while playing FPS games. Earning these medals/badges can sometimes have different effects. For example, it might be a requirement to unlock a certain character or weapon.

Call of Duty is one of the most popular FPS video game series. Folks have been desperately waiting for COD Modern Warfare 2 (II). The game brings back some major characters that everyone loves. The game also has one of the best single-player campaigns among most of the recent COD releases. Folks are very happy to see the character development of Ghost and his interactions with the other members of Task Force 141. While the campaign is getting lots of love, the multiplayer mode is plagued with bugs. But, we will talk about that some other time.

What do KingSlayer Kills mean in COD Modern Warfare 2 (II)?

As we mentioned before, COD Modern Warfare 2 (II) has a lot of different medals that you can achieve in multiplayer games. You will get the KingSlayer medal when you kill an opponent that is on top of the enemy leaderboard. Now the name might make more sense. So, to earn this badge, all you have to do is take a look at the leaderboard and identify the enemy who is at the top. Then, simply seek out the target and kill it. Since this means that you will need to face the best player on the opposite team, be prepared for a good fight.

You can keep stacking this medal by killing the top performer on the enemy side. As we said before, quite a few things in the game will require you to earn a certain amount of KingSlayer badges. But now, you know what to do and how to do it. Note that the top performer on the leaderboard keeps changing throughout the match. So, keep checking the information and then engage. Well, this brings us to the end of this article. We hope that you found it helpful. Stay tuned to Digi Statement, and happy gaming.
