Vanguard Control Flow Guard Error

This Error is an unusual one and as it is occurring, many players are not able to play their favorite game. However, this error is easy to resolve. Just follow the below-mentioned steps to fix the Vanguard Control Flow Guard Error.

1. Go to the Windows Search Bar, type “Windows Security” and hit enter.
2. Here, select the App and Browser Control Category, and click on Exploit Protection Settings.
3. After that, find the option “Control flow guard” and set it as Use default (On).
4. Restart your PC.

If you are not able to see this option, then follow these steps:

1. Go to the Windows Search Bar, type “CMD” and run it as an administrator.
2. Run these commands in Command Prompt one by one:
   1. Set-ProcessMitigation -Name vgc.exe -Enable CFG
   2. Set-ProcessMitigation -Name vgc.exe -Enable DEF
   3. Set-ProcessMitigation -Name vgc.exe -Enable AuditDynamicCode
