The game is a physics-based surgery game simulator with a mysterious narrative, fun and engaging co-op, and competitive play, it features a sandbox level building tool as well and even more player-made levels where you can dip your scalpel into.
The sandbox level building tool is called Bossa Lab’s Creation Tool, where you can build and publish your own levels alone or with friends, this tool features all the props and textures from in-game, this allows players to be as creative as they can be and add to the ever-growing collection of player-made levels made for Surgeon Simulator 2.
Fix for a level reset bug in Surgeon Simulator?
A player took to the community hub to state the issue they were facing, they stated that they had progressed far into the game but were met with a frustrating bug when all their levels reset and disappeared. Their story mode progress has been marked as 100% but the levels have completely disappeared.
A developer replied to the post and stated that there is an ongoing issue with the leveling system and the team is looking into the issue in order to find a fix, unfortunately, at the moment there has been no fix provided for this bug but players can hope for a patch as this leveling bug makes the game unplayable if you’re at risk of losing all your progress.
