You cannot manually register or flash your device to obtain this build. The C.31 update for Realme X2 Pro is rolling out via OTA, in batches. So it might take some time to reach all the users. However, you can constantly check for the update under Settings of your X2 Pro device.

After updating to the C.31 build, files and albums will be scanned. Some installed apps will take some time to adapt to the build and optimize. So to maintain system stability and optimization, there will be an increase in power consumption. But the status of your device will return to normal within 2-3 days.
After the full release of the C.31 build, the website software package will be updated within 30 days to ensure the stability of the version.
Realme X2 Pro was launched on October 15, 2019. This device is available in four variants- 64GB 6GB RAM, 128GB 8GB RAM, 256GB 8GB RAM, and 256GB 12GB RAM. The base variant currently costs around $498.
