To get a Punching Glove for free, you have to defeat 7 Trainers in East Province (Area Three). It is an in-game mission that gets activated as soon as you talk to Battle League Rep at the Pokemon Center in the east in Zapapico. After the quest gets activated, you have to head to East Province (Area Three) to find and defeat seven trainers one by one. Once you are done, head back to the Battle League Rep and you will receive a Punching Glove for free.
