Shaymin is one of the legendary and mythic Pokémon in the game Pokémon Brilliant Diamond & Shining Pearl and the players are always in a hurry to get it. But the sad news is that this Pokémon is still not available directly in the game.
But, you can get it using a glitch! To get the Sky Form of Shaymin, you first need to get the Shaymin. To find Shaymin in the game, you will need to exploit the Surf Glitch. This is a glitch that will enable you to teleport through walls and reach those areas that are not accessible in the game. Here is a detailed process on how you can obtain this legendary Pokémon in the game Pokémon Brilliant Diamond & Shining Pearl –
- From the Pokémon League, head back to Victory Road and then get to Route 224. Head through the Route and look for a Black Belt trainer, who you will need to perform the Surf glitch. You can find this Black Belt trainer running around on the beach. Keep in mind that you can’t perform this glitch if you have defeated this trainer beforehand. Make sure that you have not encountered or defeated this Black Belt trainer before.
- Once you find this Black Belt trainer, do not fight him and just go past him on the route to fight three other trainers who will be ahead on the path. You have to defeat all three of them to make the glitch work. After you have done this, save the game since you might require to perform this a few times to make the glitch work. And you will never want to defeat three trainers every time you encounter them.
- Once you have done this, return back to the location of the Black Belt trainer and stand by the water. Make sure that you are facing the sea.
- At the start, you will find that trainer running in squares. But once you return back after defeating those three trainers, you will find him running in circles. He will keep doing so for some time and will finally encounter you. Once he does that, surfing on the water will be activated.
- Once surfing is activated, you have to finally battle this Black Belt trainer and defeat him in the battle. By the way, his name is Carl!
- Once you have defeated Carl, you will have the surf mode available for you. This means that the glitch is working properly. If you do not see this, restart the game and try again. Once you are sure about the glitch, go up the path where the three trainers previously were until you find the stairs. Right there, you have to go to the top left corner towards the sea.
- Since you have surf mode activated, you have to next surf across the sea until you find shallow water. Walk across it and you will encounter an invisible water wall. Simply surf across it until you again find a shallow area where you can walk.
- Bike to the north until you reach the Flower Paradise. Save your game right there in case you will need to do this again. You will have Shaymin right there.
- Interact with Shaymin to start a battle. You can catch the Pokémon either by using the Quick Ball or the Master Ball. That’s it!
HOW TO GET THE SKY FORM?
- Once you have caught Shaymin, go ahead to the map and go to Floaroma Town, since it looks similar to the Flower Paradise.
- Once you are there, you will encounter a woman with yellow hair. You have to talk to her. She will find that you have a Shaymin in your party and will give you an item to evolve the Pokémon – the Gracidea Flower.
- Keep in mind that you can use the Gracidea Flower on Shaymin only during the daytime. So make sure that it is daytime when you are using this flower. To use it, just go to the Pokémon and use the flower.
