Nobody is a fan of software updates. You fire up your PC to play your favourite game only to find out that you need to update it first. But the truth is, modern computers and the software they run have become so complex that there is a constant battle to find new bugs and fix them.
Nvidia uses it GeForce Game Ready software to make driver updates available to users in a single click. And with their latest update, Version 452.06 WHQL, they are bringing in optimisations for several games and G-SYNC compatibility for eight new gaming monitors from brands like Acer, Asus, and Lenovo.
The games receiving fixes are Shadow of the Tomb Raider, Death Stranding, Path of Exile and Forza Motorsport 7. The games getting optimisations are Microsoft Flight Simulator (2020), Troy: A Total War Saga, World of Warcraft: Shadowlands (beta), and Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1 and 2 (2020 Remaster). You can get further details about the fixes in the changelog provided below.
