At this point, we all are aware of the wide variety of Sac materials that are used to craft weapons, armor, and other gear and Toxic Sac is one of them and is sought out very actively in the game. What is Toxic Sac in Monster Hunter Rise?

According to the in-game description of Toxic Sac, it is a monster organ that’s filled with a powerful toxin that can be risky with the slightest touch. Like the previous Monster Hunter games, Toxic Sac is a high-ranking material that can also be found in Monster Hunter Rise. The quality of the weapon and gear crafted with this material is significantly higher than its regular counterpart. Some of the weapons, armor, and item that uses this high-level material are Poisonous Veil, Scythe of Menace, Remobra, and many more. Players can get this material by either slaying, capturing, or carving specific monsters.

How to get Toxic Sac in MHR?

In the entire game, we have found three types of monsters that drop Toxic Sac. They are Great Wroggi, Basarios, and Pukei Pukei. Remember that these are higher-ranked monsters that are very deadly if you carelessly approach them without having a plan in mind. We have listed all of these monster’s drop rates so you can have an easier time getting Toxic Sac.

Great Wroggi

  • Target Rewards – 27%
  • Carving – 24%
  • Broken Parts (Head) – 18%
  • Items obtained by Palico – 23%

Pukei-Pukei

  • Target Reward – 11%

Basarios

  • Target Rewards – 17%
  • Capture Rewards – 18%
  • Carving (Body) – 19%
  • Broken Part Rewards (Chest) – 20%

Out of all the monsters that yield Toxic Sac, we’ll recommend you target Great Wroggi to increase your chances of getting the material. You can also attempt other monsters like Basarios if you don’t feel like fighting others. Keep grinding until the game decides on rewarding you with Toxic Sac.
