Goss Harag Bile is a rare item that can only be acquired by defeating a high-ranking monster called Goss Harag, a fanged beast that can grow icy blades for hands and attack hunters with it. Once you’re a high ranker, you can take part in a High-Rank quest to hunt this monster, however, don’t confuse this with the regular variant as only the high-ranking Goss Harag can drop Goss Harag Bile. How to obtain Goss Harag Bile in the game?
When you’re engaged with the monster, you have to concentrate on breaking parts of the Goss Harag like its back and head, which are visible by missing fur. Well, breaking its back has an 8% chance, capturing it has a 5% chance, target rewards has a 3% chance, dropped material has a mere 1% chance and carving has a 2% chance of getting this item. There are two ways that you can use to improve the odds of getting Goss Harag Bile in Monster Hunter Rise.
The first way is by using the Partbreaker skill through Decoration to cut through the parts of Goss Harag and pick up Lucky Life especially, the blue crow as it’ll increase reward items.
The second way is by capturing it with traps and tranq bombs as the chances of getting the item increases, but it’ll end the quest early. Always make sure to bring heavy weapons to break the monster’s back as the chances of getting the item is higher as well.
