In terms of how much unpacks every year in the technology space, we haven’t had as much thrill in the 2020. The global pandemic has slowed down production around the world for many brands. It also seems like a cautionary measure taken by brands. You wouldn’t want to release your newest products in times where people are caged in their homes. Well, sad part aside, brands have showcased their upcoming products online, revealing only the minute details. Lenovo revealed they will provide facelift models to their YOGA lineup in 2021. So we turn our focus to the Lenovo YOGA 14S.
LENOVO YOGA 14S; a compact yet desirable screen with great Refresh Rate
Devices falling under the YOGA codename are really endeared by LENOVO and its customers. The idea of this notebook was conceived back in 2005 and turned to reality in 2012. The notebooks under the YOGA tag are especially known for great flexibility and lightweight engineering. With the 14S, Lenovo has plans to make some significant tweaks to the Yoga DNA. LENOVO YOGA 14S will not sport a flip-screen, dimensions of which are believed to be as the name suggests, 14-inches. The screen, yes that will be the center of attraction on the new YOGA 14S. Featuring a 100% sRGB field with screen brightness of 400 nits, it has a powerful resolution of 2880×1800.
Lenovo has gone big and is offering a notebook where Refresh Rates could be toggled between 90Hz/60Hz with shortcuts. All of this patched up with a decent battery life should be an alluring package. Inside the skin, LENOVO YOGA 14S is powered by Intel’s 11th Generation Core processor, the Tiger Lake. Interestingly, this crisp notebook will also pack NVIDIA’s latest release GeForce MX450. MX450 was rather stealthily released by NVIDIA as people went hots for the Ampere driven RTX 3000 series. Lenovo hinted that the official release is not too far away. The product is expected to go on sale in October.
