Lawn Mowing Simulator like many other games has achievements that can be unlocked by the players, one such achievement is the “Every good deed” achievement, where players have to find valuable items belonging to the owners of the area they are mowing and return these items to them, there are 16 such valuables in Lawn Mowing Simulator, spread across various maps. We will give you a proper location guide on where to find them, the instructions will be straightforward and all we ask is for you to be vigilant of your surroundings, this will help you in spotting the valuable items with ease rather than spending hours looking in the wrong direction.
Lawn Mowing Simulator: All Valuables Location
The Location for all valuable items has been listed below.
- The Westwell Castle Formal Garden/ Sloped Garden: Both these locations lead to the same valuable item, we will tell you how to get this item in the Formal Garden.
- Spawn in the Formal Garden
- There will be three lion statues, go the one in the middle
- around the left side of this lion statue, you will find a camera, hold whichever button is prompted, and return the item to its owner
- 54 Cowell St Gardens: Take the path to the right, next to the BBQ
- Follow the path to the back of the garden and end of the Garden wall
- You will find Headphones
- Rear Lawns, Crossley Riding School: This will allow you to get both the collectible available in the map
- Upon spawning, go to the wall behind you, next to a trailer there should be a board with “Indoor Riding School” written on it, there will be a ribbon at the bottom right-hand corner.
- the second collectible is at the back lawn, follow the path to the right of the house
- Go to the central fountain and there will be a trophy
- 64 Coville St Rear Lawns: At the Center back, there is a Gazebo
- Once you have reached the Gazebo you will spot a Laptop
- Miller Brook Garden: You will find a laptop on the picnic table that is also its little own patio on the lawn.
- You will find this patio by following the path and making the first right into a garden
- Adams Apple Co Orchard: There will be a shed to your right when you spawn, head towards it and there will be headphones hanging from one of the woodblocks holding the ceiling of the shed up.
- Rowley Manor Rear Garden: There will be a wallet found behind the bush which is located to the right of the steps leading to the lawn.
- Westwell Castle Lower Bandstand Garden: Run over to the bandstand, you will find headphones on the ground of the bandstand.
- 59 Coville St Garden Lawns: Upon spawning, turn around and run towards the lawn at the back
- Go towards the grill next to the house and you will find a Lanyard with a nametag on it
- Dutchman Lookout: We have chosen Dutchman lookout but any Ripley Park area will be okay to get the collectibles in this area
- Upon spawning, you will be able to see a shaded seating area, run towards it
- On the bench, you will find a cellphone
- The go-to the playground which will be in the opposite direction to the seating area, at the gate of the playground you will find headphones
- Weaver Square Parkland: Run straight towards the gate in your sight, and look towards the bin for “Dog waste only” and you will find sunglasses on them
- Hilltop House: You can play the Davies garden or the Jefferson Garden.
- Upon spawning, look for the white sports car, you will find car keys on top of it.
- Hilltop House Garden: This is only found in the garden location of Hilltop House.
- Run downhill from where you spawn and run alongside the house to the seating area
- Behind the first few sets of chairs, you will find a tablet
- Orchard Garden Cottage: Upon spawning, turn around and run towards the car in the garage.
- There will be a wallet sitting on top of the car
