Destiny 2 Leave Clan

Being a part of a clan in video games not only helps us find new in-game friends but also helps us achieve objectives together and claim rewards. Destiny 2 is the online-only multiplayer FPS game from Bungie and it also offers the feature of joining a clan in the game. But there have been situations where players find it difficult to leave the clan. So, if you also find leaving a clan difficult in Destiny 2, then continue reading this article till the end to learn how to do it.

Destiny 2

Developed by Bungie and published by Activision and Bungie, Destiny 2 is the sequel to the 2014-released Destiny. This game includes both, PvE as well as PvP game modes. Adding to this point, it also includes some exciting co-op modes and free-roaming modes as well. Despite having some issues over time, this game has taken a special spot on the list of favorite games for many players. Coming back to our main topic, here is everything you need to know about leaving a clan in this game.

Destiny 2 Leave Clan: How to do it?

While trying to leave a clan on your own, you must have observed that there isn’t a direct option available in the Roster section that lets you leave the clan. Rather, you have to go to a web browser in order to do this. Follow these steps to know how you can do it:

Destiny 2

  1. Go to your favorite web browser and open the official website of Bungie.
  2. Here, you must sign in to your account by clicking on the “My Account” option.
  3. After you have signed in to your account, go to your profile by clicking on your profile’s icon on the top right side of the screen. After clicking on your profile’s icon, select, the View Profile option
  4. Now, you will be able to see your clan on the right side of the screen. Click over it to see the basic information about the clan.
  5. Select the Leave Clan option on this page and confirm it to finish the process.

Well, it is quite frustrating for players that they have to go through this complicated process to leave a particular clan in this game. Destiny players really hope that Bungie would come up with a better in-game alternative option for the same. But as of now, it is what it is. Moreover, you can also use the same process if you wish to join a particular clan.

So, this was everything about leaving a clan in Destiny 2. If you found this article helpful, share it with your friends.
