Hogwarts Legacy: How to get Breeding Pen?
Players will be able to obtain the Breeding Pen from a vendor in Hogsmeade Village. But, you will first need to complete the Foal of the Dead quest to unlock this merchant. You will be able to take on this quest soon after your reach level 20 in the game. Once you do so, head over to the Hogsmeade village and go to the Tomes and Scrolls shop.
