Make Sure Your Online Service Subscriptions Are Active

Change Your DNS Settings

Changing your DNS settings can help fix the game’s not loading issue. You can manually change your network’s DNS Settings, use the following settings: Primary 84.200.69.80, Secondary 84.200.70.40

  • On PC: Open Settings >> Click on Network & Internet >> Click on Ethernet or WiFi >> Select the connection that connects to the network >> Under the “IP settings” section, click the Edit button >> Click on “Edit IP settings” menu and select the Manual option >> Turn on the IPv4 toggle switch >> Confirm your “Preferred DNS” and “Alternate DNS” addresses >> Click Save.
  • On Xbox Consoles: Press the Xbox button >> Select Settings >> Select All Settings >> Select Network >> Select Advanced settings >> Select DNS settings >> Select Manual >> Enter preferred Primary DNS, then select Enter >> Enter preferred Secondary DNS, then select Enter >> Press B on the controller to save.
  • And on PlayStation Consoles: Go to Settings >> Network >> Setup internet connection >> Choose your connection type >> Choose Custom setup >> Choose Automatic IP address settings >> Do Not Specify DHCP Hostname >> Click on DNS Settings, choose Manual >> Enter your Primary and Secondary DNS >> Save.

 

Reinstall To Fix Any Corrupt Game Files
