1. The Prison Break
This heist demands you break out a Russian professor from the Bolingbroke penitentiary. To unlock, participating players have to reach level 12, have a high-end apartment, and pay the setup cost which amounts to $40,000.
2. The Fleeca Job

The setup cost is $40400. It has 5 more sub missions with the well-known character, Trevor. There’s a map guide showing hotspots to steal drugs from gangs and frat guys, and you have to safeguard the drugs till they get to the buyer. You can start the heist from your comfortable apartment in Los Santos, as long as you complete the three prior heists.
5. The Pacific Standard Job
This is the final heist from the original heist feature upgrade. With a setup cost of $100,000, the pacific standard job can be unlocked by completing the previous heists. Once you are done, expect a call from Trevor with further details. It involves hijacking, stealing motorbikes, and more.
6. The Doomsday Heist
This is one of the later added and more expansive heists in GTA 5 Online. To unlock the doomsday heist, you need to be part of a criminal organization and also own a high-end facility. The setup is a bit longer too with 3-act heists.
7. The Cayo Perico Heist
This was added based on popular demand for an off-map adventure, and the developers outdid themselves with it. The Cayo Perico heist can be pulled by a single player too. To unlock the Cayo Perico heist, you have to purchase the Kosatka Submarine from Warstock Cache, and obviously be a level 12 player. The mission involves infiltrating a heavily guarded island to retrieve documents from a cartel boss. You just have to play this mission.
8. The Diamond Casino Heist
This is, without doubt, the most rewarding heist in GTA 5 Online, with a payout of $ 2,115,000 – $2,326,500 from a $25,000 setup. To unlock the heist, you have to own a high-end property and be on level 12 at least. Lester will ask you and your partners to purchase an arcade to be used as a base for the ops. You can begin the heist in any mode, from sneaky, aggressive, the big con, or silent.
