Dota 2 TI10 could have been heldd in SHanghai but Valve refused

Dota 2 Battle Pass 2020 will end on October 9th. Valve wrote about the extension of the Battle Pass for another three weeks on the night of September 17 in the official blog.

Valve previously extended Battle Pass 2020 by two weeks as an apology for issues with the game coordinator. The Dota 2 developers have not explained what the current Compendium extension is about. Until October 9, each Battle Pass owner will be able to purchase up to two sets of 60 levels each with a 30% discount.

At the end of the Battle Pass 2020, the results of the arcana vote held among the pass users will be announced. Valve joked that this time the “purple melee carry that can easily overcome distances” will win. Faceless Void and Specter fight for the right to get a new cosmetic item in the finale.

Immortal Treasure 3 Released: Dota 2

Immortal Treasure III was released on September 17th in Dota 2. There are new items in the game for Pugna, Clockwerk, Oracle, Treant, Gyrocopter and Lich.

With each of the Immortal Treasure III treasures unlocked, players have a chance to earn 50 Battle Pass 2020 levels, a very rare gold version of the Pugna item and ultra-rare Phoenix Wings, and an incredibly rare opportunity to unlock the Divine Emblem.

(We were wrong about the last leak)

The Battle Pass 2020 to The International 2020 was released at the end of May. Due to the coronavirus pandemic, the tournament was postponed, so the terms of the battle pass have shifted. TI10 is scheduled to take place in 2021.

Earlier, players noticed that the prize pool of The International 2020 for Dota 2 did not move from the $ 36.67 million mark for several days. With the release of the third treasure, the counters were not updated.

BattlePass Levels Bundle bug

If you are having trouble purchasing the levels bundle after today’s update then you are not alone. A lot of players are suffering from the buggy transaction that comes with the update. The good news is no amount gets deducted so you don’t lose any money. But when you try to purchase the levels bundle, the pop-up shows already purchased. Currently there is no official word about the issue from Valve but you can expect it to be fixed soon. The BP is extended till October 9, let us know your thoughts on the extension by Tweeting us @digistatement.
