Destiny 2 How to get Bright Dust

Destiny 2 has some of the rare gear, items, and weapons that are only available to purchase via specific currencies. Bright Dust is one of the currencies that guardians have to get one way or another if they hope to get the exclusive cosmetics in the Eververse Store and can only be bought through it. Like every other rare thing, it can’t be acquired through normal means as you’ll have to earn them by completing quests, or certain objectives. If you’re planning on securing Bright Dust, we’ve compiled all the information that’ll help you get Bright Dust in no time. Continue reading the article to know more.

Details about Bright Dust

There are a few currencies that Blizzard has added in Destiny 2 to make the game more balanced and to prevent players from buying their way through everything like silvers for real money. However grinding Bright Dust is much more beneficial and like Silver, the items that Eververse Store offers to players, in general, have much better quality and durability, and their inventory also gets refreshed and consists of stuff ranging from weapons to armor ornaments, ghost shell, and other cosmetics. Now that the Solstice event is live on Destiny 2, having more of the Bright Dust will help you snipe for rare goods. With that being said, here’s how you can get Bright Dust.

How to get Bright Dust in Destiny 2?

There are many ways that you can go around to earn Bright Dust, however, we’ve listed a simple way that doesn’t require complicated steps. You can start by completing the Seasonal Challenges during the season of the haunted event. Consistency is the key here as regularly completing activities in the game yields XP for guardians that’ll help you level up through the season pass.

What’s more, Guardians can earn a total of 7000+ Bright Dust by reaching all the way up to level 100. Those who’ve bought the seasonal pass can have 3000+ additional Bright Dust in Destiny 2. Sadly these steps can’t be repeated and is a one-time mission.

If you find seasonal challenges too much of a chore, another way that you can earn Bright Dust is by picking up repeatable bounties from Commander Zavala. If you’ve completed them, they’ll be listed in the Vanguard Strikes and you can go all out on those bounties and earn Bright Dust and XP along the way, a win-win situation for you.
