ColorOS 7 is the latest version of custom OS from Oppo. This software is based on Android 10 and was officially announced in December 2019. Realme, owned by the same parent brand, uses ColorOS as RealmeUI with a couple of unique changes and additions. But the difference between Oppo and Realme is that Realme rose to popularity due to fantastic software updates. The brand never delays an update or roll out latest of what Android promises to give.
Fortunately, Oppo is leveling up too as the brand chooses to finally complete the ColorOS 7 based on the Android 10 update for the older devices. This move is widely appreciated because Oppo has already released ColorOS 7.1 and 7.2. It is great that devices are simply not cut off from the list to receive updates. Also, ColorOS 7 is the most important version to support Android 10, and therefore, a list of devices is revealed that will receive ColorOS 7 (Android 10) update in July.
