(Update – March 13)

Well, season 4 has already been released but there are no talks about the arrival of any new operator skill or scorestreak. Also, previously we mentioned that the new scorestreak called Lightning Strike will be available in season 4, but things didn’t go as we expected. Developers are working to bring the new scorestreak in CODM for sure, as it was found in the game files. That’s why we can expect Lightning Strike to arrive in Call of Duty: Mobile season 5 along with new weapons and new operators.

Talking about the new scorestreak, we mentioned the details of Lightning Strike, if you have never heard about it before.

Twitter leaker (@CODM_murdablast) suggested that the “Lightning Strike” scorestreak would be available soon in the Call of Duty: Mobile. He shared the image which is probably datamined from the game files. Well, the leaker also claimed the arrival of XS1 Goliath in season 3, which turned out to be true.

Well, the leaker hasn’t mentioned anything about its arrival. But, do not expect any new scorestreak before Call of Duty: Season 5 update. Later on, Lightning Strike will be made available with the in-game events.

So, let’s talk about Lightning Strike now. Lightning Strike made its debut with Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 in November 2012. To earn the Lightning Strike scorestreak reward, the players need to earn 750 scorestreak points.

In this scorestreak, three different bombs are dropped by the FA38 fighter jets. The players can select the locations of the drop zones. And not only this, when Lightning Strike is called, a UAV sweep reveals the enemy locations.
