There are users who are having issues with accessing certain levels in the game, resetting the game saves would be optimal. The only method that you need to follow is to delete your saved game file. To access your game saves, head to this directory- appdata/locallow/StressLevelZero/Bonelab/Saves. This is the way through which you can actually start the game from the beginning. Still, if you are not able to reset the in-game progress properly, then you can follow the given steps.

1) Turn off the Cloud Saving option. If you are unable to reset your game even after deleting your saved game file, then it is because the game is fetching data from cloud servers. On cloud servers, your game data is stored online. By disabling this option, you will be able to completely remove all your game history and thus you will be able to start the game from the scratch.

2) If you want to access a level, then you can do so by pressing B, followed by selecting ‘Levels’. There, you can select ‘01’ if you wish to access the first level in the game. You can also select other levels that are already unlocked in this section.
