Asta with his friends, has reached the Heart Kingdom, a country densely surrounded by nature and mana(magic). In the previous chapter 226, we see how a sudden fight has started between Asta and his friends and the Heart Kingdom. While Asta is battling directly against the Queen’s Water spirit, Noelle is fighting against the kingdom’s guardian Gaja who uses lightning magic.
Water spirit
In the story so far, we have already seen two spirits, Yuno’s wind spirit, Sylph, and Fuegoleon Vermillion’s fire spirit, Salamander. This chapter introduces an all-new water spirit who is in possession of the Queen of the Heart kingdom. Her name is yet to be known.
Magic Tiers
In Heart kingdom, there is a system to rank the wizard’s magic power. This system is shown here for the first time. Tier 9 is the weakest or no magic at all, which they say Asta is in, as he doesn’t have any magic powers at all and then goes to Tier 0, the strongest there can be, which Gaja says he is in. He grouped Noelle in Tier 1 because of her strong magic power.

Fighting will come to an end as Asta will end it with his anti-magic swords which can be predicted from the last chapter’s conclusion. Queen will state the reason why she needs Asta’s demon, well this I think we all may have guessed. It’s because of the curse which lies in the Heart Kingdom, which Asta and Noelle have come to investigate. The queen must be in dire need to remove the curse from her land.
Connections to Megicula
Megicula is the demon (and I think their final opponent) who cursed Noelle’s mom. We have heard this name maybe twice or thrice, but we have already sensed how great of a threat he possesses. Sometime in the past, members of the Agrippa Family summoned Megicula and made a pact with the devil. Centuries later, Acier Silva receives the curse of Megicula and dies after giving birth to Noelle Silva. He seems to have two horns.
