And considering the release time between Axiom Verge 1 and 2, it only makes sense that the third entry into the series will arrive a few years later, probably in 2026, considering the time gap of 5 years between both the prequels.
Another possibility could be that Axiom Verge 3 isn’t in development at all but rather that Thomas Happ is working on a new project, one that’s separate from the Axiom Verge series. Burnout is a real thing, and working on the same series for more than a decade can be a taxing thing.
