League of Legends (LoL) Patch 10.16 is out now and it has brought us Spirit Blossom, Nexus Blitz and two new champions. It has been a spectacular two weeks for Riot and League of Legends but now we dive into the next cycle of PBE with the next Patch 10.18 (there will be no Patch 10.17). We will keep these notes update with all the incoming changes on PBE. For 8th August PBE update, we have new PsyOps skins, Hextech Ziggs, new icons and more!

New Skins Patch 10.18
PsyOps Ezreal & Prestige Edition

Yes, we have another new skin for Ezreal! How many is it for this year? Well, it is cool nonetheless. Riot is living to the promise of releasing over 200 skins for champions and of course popular champions are repeated to earn more money.
PsyOps Ezreal is hitting the PBE and is up for testing with:

- New VFX!
- New SFX!
- New recall animation!

This was a genuinely cool skin with testing. The new SFX depends on the ability variations like hood and mask stays on with R active on Yi. With recall effect, the mask disappears. These are locked from toggle.

LEAGUE OF LEGENDS PATCH 10.18 RELEASE DATE AND DOWNTIME
As reflected in the 2020 League of Legends patch schedule, LoL patch 10.18 is due to go live on August 19, 2020 and maybe replace the time of release of Patch 10.17 from the patch schedule of Riot. Maintenance times haven’t yet been confirmed, but they usually begin at 03:00 AM PT lasting for 3 hours. We’ll post the exact downtimes right here when they’re confirmed, which is usually the day before the patch goes live.
League of Legends PBE Balance Changes
New Balance Changes are here for Patch 10.18 with the first changes to Kayla and Lillia nerf.
Kayla- nerfed
- Radiant (Q): Refill of mana on champion hit is removed.
- Celestial Blessing (W): Mana cost went from 70/80/90/100/110 to 90/100/110/120/130
- Starfire Spellblade (E): Cooldown reduced from 8 to 8/7.5/7/6.5/6, No Manacost, Auto attack projectile speed increased to 5000 from 2000.
Lillia
- Blooming Blows (Q): Changed! Now deals 80% damage to minions.
