As we mentioned before, this small purple fellow is a little hard to find in Pokemon Scarlet & Violet (SV). So first of all, you will need to head over to the Ruins in West Province (Area One) Watchtower. Once you reach the area, start riding around and keep an eye out for Tinkatink. As we mentioned before, she is a small purple pokemon with a ponytail and carries a little weapon in her hand. Note that you might not be able to spot her on the first go. So, what to do if you cannot find her in the area?
Well, the best tactic is to keep roaming around. You should also move a little bit further from the actual ruins and then keep returning back. Once you do this a couple of times, you will eventually see Tinkatink in the area. You can capture this pokemon pretty early in the game.
