Characters are the limelight of any fighting-based game. And when we talk about the games of the fighting genre, The King of Fighters video game series can’t be ignored. Since 1994, this video game series has been entertaining the world through its exciting installments. Kof 15 is the latest installment in this series, released recently on 17th February 2022 for PS4, PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.
The main attraction of Kof 15 is its characters. As of now, it features a roster of 39 characters which is only going to increase in 2022. All 39 characters in this game are divided into multiple teams with each team consisting of 3 characters. As of now, SNK Corporation has only revealed the details and release date of the first two DLCs including Team Garou’s release in the first one and Team South Town’s release in the second one. Both these DLCs will be released in March and May respectively. However, SNK Corporation has also revealed that two more DLCs will be released in 2022 with two separate teams. Kof 15 Team 3 and Team 4 DLC Release Date
At present, SNK Corporation has not revealed the official release dates for the third and the fourth DLC. But, they have mentioned that the third DLC will be released in Summer 2022 whereas the fourth one is to be released in Autumn 2022. Assuming that each DLC release will have a gap of at least a month in between, we can say that the third DLC featuring the Team 3 might get released in the month of July whereas the fourth one might get released in the month of September or October. The month of July and the month of October are the central months for the Summer and the Autumn season.
