Deep Rock Galactic is a very popular co-op multiplayer game. Likewise, it is a rogue-like game where the difficulty level balances out with the co-op experience. Well, did you know that you can also adjust the difficulty levels in the game? The difficulty level in Deep Rock Galactic is also known as Hazard Levels. Likewise, there are a total of 5 difficulty or Hazard Levels in the game. The missions increase in their difficulty level with each level up in Hazard Levels. However, there is also an advantage to increasing the Hazard Levels of missions in the game. The Hazard Levels in the game can increase your XP points the more you go up in levels. Therefore, increasing the Hazard Levels of your missions is a very effective way of increasing your XP level in the game rapidly. Likewise, the higher the Hazard level, the more percentage of bonus for the mission.

Going to the main topic of this article, you can follow the steps below to change the difficulty levels of missions.

Deep Rock Galactic: How to change mission difficulty :

1) First and foremost, you have to simply launch the game and go to the main menu and then the Mission Hub.

2) Next, you have to go to the Mission board and pick a mission.

3) Then, simply select any mission and also select the Host Public option.

4) When you host a mission you can adjust the mission’s difficulty level according to your preference. You can do this by going to the right-hand side of the screen in the mission customization menu.

5) In the menu, you can go down to access the difficulty option and select the left or right arrows to change the difficulty level.

6) After selecting the Hazard Level or difficulty level that you want, select the Confirm Mission option to start a  mission of that difficulty level.

7) Otherwise, you can also go to the server list at the bottom of the screen. In the server list, you can see the different servers that are available for you to join. Here, you have to see the Hazard Levels for each of the available missions below the Hazard heading.

8) Additionally, you can also go to the left side of the screen and use the filters. This can simplify the process of finding a mission with a specific level of difficulty.

9) Finally, you can select the mission with the level of difficulty that you want and join the game.
