Xiaomi and buzz sound almost synonymous these days. The Chinese brand has built an image of its own and always manages to stir up the smartphone industry while being innovative. There are rumours catching up about a certain patent in the market and all the fingers point to, you guessed it right, Xiaomi! If you have been paying attention to the buzz in the world of smartphones there are chances that the name Xiaomi Mi Mix 4 would ring a bell. According, to LetsGoDigital the subject of our talk today could be the anticipated Mix series phone.

Xiaomi is ready to introduce us to its fresh Triple Pop Up Selfie Camera setup that mind you, is very different from the one witnessed on the Redmi K30 Pro unit. If you are busy fantasizing, don’t bother, we have uploaded the patent drawings down below. The camera panel will have three lenses and a flash to provide selfie support unlike ever before. Xiaomi’s concept phone Mi Mix Alpha is reportedly the inspiration behind this one and is therefore expected to have a wraparound display, in particular, the patent reveals a three-sided edge, that is top, bottom with one side uncovered.

What strengthens the claims of the rumour is the involvement of Wingtech Technology. They have a reputation for assembling devices for various OEMs, likes of Samsung, Huawei and Xiaomi themselves. Now, if we are honest, rumours are a part of this industry and they spread faster than they get ignited. But, Xiaomi has always kept the optimistic in us alive and I wouldn’t rule them out of this just yet. Fingers crossed it is!
