If you’ve fought Igna people before in the game, it is highly likely that you’ll find Igna Rejuvenators at the same place. If you’ve played previous Xenoblade games, you’ll notice enemies with Lizard-like features once again appearing in the latest title. Unfortunately, the chances of coming across them at the beginning of the game are close to none and you’ll have to grind until you reach chapters four and five.
South of Colony 11 in the Keves Castle Region is the best place where you’ll have a greater chance of getting Igna Rejuvenators in Xenoblade Chronicles 3. Keep in mind that the drop rate of the item is very low and you might have to go back and return to the area, defeat Igna warriors, and hope for Igna Rejuvenator to drop.
