While there is no official fix for the Controller/Gamepad Not Working issue in Wo Long Fallen Dynasty, there are a couple of methods that might potentially resolve this issue. We have mentioned all of them below for you.
1) Reboot your system-
This method is for both PC and console users. A lot of times, a bad system boot will trigger unwanted issues while playing video games. So, restart your PC/console, connect your controller, and then launch the game.
2) Reconnect your controller/gamepad-
Secondly, disconnect your controller/gamepad from your system and then reconnect it. Make sure that you don’t have a loose connection. As for Bluetooth controllers, make sure that the battery of the controller is sufficiently charged.
3) Disconnect additional USB/Bluetooth devices-
Disconnecting additional USB or Bluetooth devices from the PC or console seems to have resolved this issue. This includes your mouse, driving wheels, and other controller/gamepads than your primary one.
4) Disable HID-compliant controllers-
