Wild Hearts CPU Threading Issue Fixed in Recent Update

Wild Hearts players have run into a lot of strange bugs. A lot of high-end PC users noticed that the game has a weird CPU Threading issue. Now, most people will not notice but this issue caps the performance of the game on these CPUs. This is really bad because your PC will be unable to fully utilize the power of your processor. So, you will see stuttering and other performance issues when running the game at higher settings. Now, the devs rolled out a patch recently that seems to have fixed this issue. Below, we will provide you with all the details.

Wild Hearts is the latest entry to the monster hunter genre. Folks have been pretty excited about the game. But, this hack & slash, action-adventure is riddled with bugs. Things were even worse during the initial launch days. Folks were shocked to see the performance and visual bugs in this otherwise beautiful game. Fortunately, the devs rolled out a hotfix patch soon after the release. This patch fixed a lot of issues in the game. But, Wild Hearts is still not free of bugs. We will discuss them in another article. For now, let us focus on the recent patch that has fixed quite a few problems that the players were struggling with.

Wild Hearts CPU Threading Issue Fixed in Recent Update.

The CPU Threading issue in Wild Hearts is among the most troublesome problems that the game has. Players with high-spec PCs were unable to run the game at its full potential. Folks with Intel i9 processors and NVIDIA RTX 3090s were struggling to get FPS above 40 or 60. So, the devs rolled out a patch to fix the CPU Threading issue. This update also fixed several other issues that players were experiencing. We have listed them below for you.

  • This update fixed the CPU Threading issue that was capping the performance of high-end CPUs. So now, these CPUs will see a significant boost in performance.
  • Players will also no longer face the ‘Audio Stacking’ issue while playing Wild Hearts. So, you won’t need to use 5.1 or 7.1 audio settings to get around this problem. Also, since this issue was straining the CPU as well, you will now get better performance in the game.
  • The default resolution for first-time boot has been fixed to 16:9 1080p. But, players will be able to change the resolution after booting the game.
  • This patch has also fixed the “Disco Lights” issue for the AMD Radeon RX 7900 XTX cards. So, you will no longer face the weird render and visual artifact issue.
  • This patch also seems to have fixed the issue that was corrupting the save/load files in the game.

The devs have also mentioned that they are working on several other issues that are troubling the players. This includes the audio desync error and the game crashing on the PS5 issue. This hotfix update will also roll out shortly. We will make sure to provide you with additional information as soon as it is available. So, stay tuned to Digi Statement.
