1. BURPEE
It is the most basic and simple exercise which can be performed anywhere and anytime.
You don’t need to have a gym membership to perform it and it is very effective for both weight-loss & fat-loss.Just need to perform 3-5 sets for 15-25 reps and that’s enough to burn a lot of calories.
2. JUMPING JACKS:-
It is also a very simple and basic exercise which can be performed anywhere for ex: home or park etc. It is also a very good cardiovascular exercise which helps to maintain the heart health and as well as helps in both weight loss and fat loss.Just need to perform 3-5 sets for 10-20 reps and will burn a lot of calories.
3. ROPE SKIPPING:-
As from childhood we do rope skipping as we enjoyed it in our childhood as a game.But if you want to be fit it is one of the best exercises for fat loss. As it burns a lot of calories in a very less time and also it is good for heart. It can be performed anywhere at home, park or at any place.Just 10-15 minutes of regular rope skipping is enough.
4. MOUNTAIN CLIMBER:-
It is an exercise which is very good for abdominal and legs. As it focuses mainly on abdominal and legs. It can be performed anywhere no need for gym.Just need to perform 15-20 reps from each leg and at a uniform speed.
5. SPORTS:-
It is my personal favourite, as you don’t need to perform any kind of exercise.You just need to choose any of the outdoor sport or any of your favourite sport and just need to play it on daily basis.It is far better than walking or running on a treadmill for hours. As playing your favourite sport will be fun and as well as will make you fit and active.
