Games these days may look visually stunning with interesting mechanics, but under the hood, they are filled with all sorts of bugs and errors. It doesn’t matter the scale and reputation of the team behind a game; errors and bugs are simply inevitable. But why are we talking about this? Well, Capcom recently released Street Fighter 6 after years of anticipation. Players thought they would be fighting their friends and other players, but instead, they are fighting the numerous bugs and errors that are cropping up in the game. Street Fighter 6 Error 50708-10005 Is there any fix yet

As of writing this article, there is no official fix for this error. Well, the developers have not yet acknowledged the issue. Perhaps they already have a lot of other bugs to deal with at the moment. So, what’s next? Well, we do have some potential workarounds that you can try. These aren’t guaranteed fixes whatsoever, but other players have reported success with them. So, give them a try:

Disable Crossplay

This workaround is floating around on the game’s forums as a fix for such error codes in the game. A lot of players have had success avoiding such communication error codes by disabling crossplay in SF 6. To disable crossplay, open the game and select the Options menu from the multi-menu. Under the “Game” tab, the toggle for the Crossplay option should be visible. Make sure it is turned off.

Check your internet

Since it’s a network-related issue, make sure everything is fine on your end. Check that your internet is stable. You can also restart your router and PC/console. Switching to a wired connection is also recommended.

Try VPN

Using a VPN has also been reported to bypass this error code in Street Fighter 6. However, we cannot say for sure if this method will fix the issue for good.

Right now, these are the most probable methods to solve the error. Some players have tried other generic fixes but were not successful in resolving this error. Therefore, don’t bother with verifying the game, updating graphics drivers, or any of those shenanigans. For all we know, the game is riddled with bugs, and crossplay in general is buggy. Hopefully, the developers will address these issues in a future update or patch. But for now, we will have to wait and watch. Anyway, that’s all the information we have on error code 50708 10005 in SF6. We hope this was helpful. For more reads like this, keep visiting Digistatement.
