But the app has been facing certain issues on some devices. Recently, users of PS5 have came up with various complaints related to some errors while using Spotify. Users said that they have received error when they opened the Spotify on PS5. Users said that initially they opened a playlist which went to one song but they were not able to play even that one song. A few users said that they were facing problems when they tried to log in. Some others said that when they tried to search for Spotify on PS5, the console said that the game or application cannot be found. - Unlink your Spotify account with the PlayStation app and the Spotify website.
- Uninstall the app on PS5.
- Restart the PS5.
