We all have seen phones with a notch, right! But did you ever in your dreams think of a phone with a dual notch? Japanese OEM Sharp is the first-ever brand to come up with a dual notch smartphone. The Sharp Aquos R2 compact was the very first smartphone with a dual notch. Sharp offers some really good devices in its Aquos lineup. The third iteration to the Aquos R series, the Sharp Aquos R3 also comes with a dual notch. The device was launched back in November 2019.
The Sharp Aquos R3 features a huge 6.2 inch Pro IGZO panel with a very high resolution of 3120 x 1440. The device houses the powerful SDM855 Snapdragon 855 chipset and comes with 6 GB RAM and 128 GB of storage. The phone runs on Android 9 Pie.
Jumping on to the Camera, it sports a double camera setup on the back with a 12.2 MP sensor as the primary camera for clicking some awesome pictures and a 20 MP sensor solely reserved for capturing videos. Moving up to the front, we get a 16.3 MP camera for capturing selfies.
The device is powered by a not-so-huge 3200 mAh Li-Po battery with support for 11W Fast Charge. The smartphone comes with all the major sensors and sports a fingerprint scanner placed over the power button on the front.
