Sackboy A Big Adventure is out for PC and promises a stellar experience from its console counterpart. If you’re a fan of platform adventure games with gorgeous art style and gameplay, you should give it a try. The infamous PlayStation title has plenty of PC features added to give a more modern feel. Advanced features like NVIDIA DLSS, 4K/120 FPS support, and 21:9 widescreen support. It is a solid port with few hiccups that is enjoyable. However, if you’ve got a 32:9 Ultrawide monitor and wondering if the game support this aspect ratio, this article has all the info you need.
Does Sackboy A Big Adventure offer 32:9 Ultrawide support?
As much as it pains us to say, sadly 32:9 Ultrawide screen is not natively supported by Sackboy A Big Adventure. Many might be turned off by the lack of the ability to switch to the desired aspect ratio and we can see why. While it is frustrating that devs who ported Sackboy didn’t implement 32:9 support, however, you can force the game in the given aspect ratio. A Reddit user by the name of Mana2000_Mana2000 came up with a fix that will let the game run at 32:9 ultrawide monitors. All you need is a Hex editor to change a few values in order to achieve the desired aspect ratio. Change the value to the following settings mentioned below.
Settings for changing the 32:9 in the game
Below we have put together the setting which you can change in the hex editor on the .exe file of Sackboy A Big Adventure. All you need to do is replace the bolded text on the left with the text on the right. After this, save the file and you are good to go.
Target: Sackboy-Win64-Shipping.exe
To change the aspect ratio

Once you’re done changing the values mentioned above, now you can start Sackboy A Big Adventure and you’ll be able to play it in 32:9. However if you find that the editing is too much for you, you can also download the modified .exe file here. Replace this .exe file from the GingerBread\Binaries\Win64 directory. After that, start the game and you should be able to play it in the given aspect ratio.
