Rumbleverse follows the same concept as every other battle royale game and offers three game modes- Solo, Duo, and Playground. If you have a friend who wants to play with you, Duo mode is the most suited one and the benefit of playing together is that enemies won’t overpower you with their numbers and stun-lock you with their special moves. If you own the game on PC, you and your friend both need to have Epic Games account to play together and must link platforms to the Epic Games account. You’ll be able to see your friend in the friend’s tab in the game. Now that you know the basic info, it’s time we get into steps on how you can invite/add friends in Rumbleverse.
How to invite friends in Rumbleverse?
Adding friends is pretty easy in Rumbleverse if you know what to do. Follow the steps mentioned below to add friends. It will work for every platform including PlayStation, Xbox, and PC so just follow along.
1) On the home screen of Rumbleverse, you can see the “Add Friends” button that will be indicated by a plus icon in the middle of the screen. Select it by pressing X and you’ll be redirected to the friend’s tab.
2) You will see the list of the friends that are currently online that you can add. Now, select the friend and you’ll see multiple options like view profile, report players, etc. Select “Invite” or “Join” to add your friend.
3) In the lobby, you can see yourself and your friend, now you can start playing together.
4) If you’ve played games with random people and want to play with them again, head to the “friends” tab and hover over “Recent Players”, you’ll see the list of players who you’ve played with.
5) If for some reason you’re unable to add friends, head to the Epic Games launcher. After opening the launcher, click on the friend’s icon, and you’ll see people who are playing Rumbleverse, simply add them and enjoy the game together.
