The first option you can do is you can try re-uploading the video. To re-upload the video:
- Go to notification where you can see the error.
- Click on the error and it will show you the option to re-upload.
If the error is still popping then you have to copy your video onto a USB device and then upload it from your PC. To copy your video from PS to USB:
- Firstly you have to go to setting
- Then head to storage.
- In the storage, you will see all the videos that you have recorded.
- From there just click on the video you want to upload, then choose the option “Copy to USB device“.
After copying you can simply upload it from a PC, we recommend you to upload your video this way as it is a lot faster and easier and you can use this method until sony fixes this error.
