PS4 error

PS4 is a great piece of tech and after eight years, when a new PS is available, most people are still sticking to PS4 instead of upgrading to PS5.

But there are still some errors present on the PS4 that people face and today we will talk about one of these errors.

What is a PlayStation?

A PlayStation is a home video gaming console developed by Sony Media Entertainment. It is one of the best consoles present in the market. Mainly used for gaming purposes, people can also use PS as a DVD player to watch movies and to store clips and videos.

How to upload your gaming clips on YouTube?

PlayStation gives players the option to directly upload their gaming clips to YouTube/Facebook. Here how you can do that.

  • To start recording, double press the share button on your controller, and the recording icon will show on the screen.
  • When you want to stop the recording, long-press the share button.
  • After long pressing the share button it will take you to the share menu where you can select the video you want to upload.

You can also crop the video accordingly and then tap the share button to share the video.

Error

So there is this unknown error that doesn’t let you share the clips to YouTube and as there is no actual fix for this error. Here is something you can do until the fix comes.

The first option you can do is you can try re-uploading the video. To re-upload the video:

  • Go to notification where you can see the error.
  • Click on the error and it will show you the option to re-upload.

If the error is still popping then you have to copy your video onto a USB device and then upload it from your PC. To copy your video from PS to USB:

  • Firstly you have to go to setting
  • Then head to storage.
  • In the storage, you will see all the videos that you have recorded.
  • From there just click on the video you want to upload, then choose the option “Copy to USB device“.

After copying you can simply upload it from a PC, we recommend you to upload your video this way as it is a lot faster and easier and you can use this method until sony fixes this error.

I hope this will help you with your problem and that about it for this article.

If you have problem-saving your data online on PS4, this article will help you fix that problem.
