Raid & Gym battles can be tough for every player in pokemon games and Scarlet & Violet has plenty of them. We’re sure by now every Pokemon player knows the importance of carrying adequate healing items in their inventory to prepare for countermeasures against stronger opponents. Auto-healing is a new in-game mechanic in PSV where the game auto-heals your pokemon when in low health, so you don’t have to manually search for the item and use it on them. Wondering how it works? Continue reading the article to know more about Pokemon Scarlet & Violet and the list of auto-heal items and how to use them.
List of Auto Heal items in Pokemon Scarlet & Violet.
Auto Heal is a feature in Pokemon Scarlet & Violet that automatically takes healing items like potions and hyper potions out of your bag and heals your pokemon. The way the game handles auto heals is amazing and doesn’t disturb the balance, however it isn’t perfect. Anyways, let’s dive into the list of items that the game uses for auto-healing your pokemon.
- Potion – restores 20 HP
- Fresh Water – restores 30 HP
- Soda Pop – restores 50 HP
- Super Potion – restores 60 HP
- Lemonade – restores 70 HP
- Moomoo Milk – restores 100 HP
- Hyper Potion – restores 120 HP
The disadvantage of using the auto-heal feature is that you can easily lose track of the potions you have. To rectify this, make sure to frequently check your inventory and see how many healing items you have left. You can always bulk up your stock of low-grade potions first to save hyper-potions for difficult enemies. Turning off Auto Heal is also an option if you want a challenge and don’t want to rely on that feature. Now that you know the basics and the list of potions available in the game, it’s time you know how to use the feature. See the below section to know more.
How to use Auto Heal?
Using the Auto Heal feature in Pokemon Scarlet & Violet is very easy. Follow the given steps:
- Go to the main menu while you are exploring by pressing the X button. Now, select the pokemon you want to use Auto Heal on.
